Kingsey Falls Recreational Centre

Opened in 2003, le CascaGYM is an ultra-modern training centre dedicated first and foremost to Cascades employees and their family. This gymnasium is part of the Kingsey Falls recreational centre, which prides itself on having the only ice rink maintained all year round. This makes the Kingsey Falls Recreational Centre home to many hockey teams, especially the Cascades Bois-Francs AA development program. It is also host to many training camps and tournaments.

Kingsey Falls offers its residents many sporting activities and weekly courses supervised by a physical educator, from badminton and spinning to yoga and volleyball. A wide range of outdoor activities are also available to athletes with Kingsey Falls offering tennis courts, soccer fields and baseball diamonds.
