Lithotech is certified ISO 9001 for quality management systems. This certification recognizes best business practices including:

• following a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business;
• monitoring these processes to ensure effectiveness;
• keeping accurate records;
• checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary;
• reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness; and
• implementing continual improvements.

AIB Certification

The American Institute of Baking (AIB) is committed to protecting the safety of the food supply chain. To be AIB certified, Lithotech must demonstrate a commitment to safe, high-quality food packaging solutions. Criteria for AIB certification includes:

• following a stringent hygiene and sanitation regime;
• keeping record sheets to document master cleaning schedules;
• maintaining effective, non-toxic pest control procedures; and
• ensuring the operation and its personnel practice and promote food product safety.
