The invisible message printed on your Cascades security papers enables you to confirm the document's authenticity several ways:
Chemical reactors can be used in combination or alone. Our security papers can be made with:
UV Reactive message
use of an ultraviolet light will cause the message to appear or;
Chemical reactive message
application of an oxidant (bleach) will trigger a chemical reaction and make the message visible or;
Ghost reactive message
looking at the paper from a 45-degree angle will make the message visible.
A UV light source can also be used to make the message appear.
