Cascades Transport

Cascades Transport in Kingsey Falls aims to provide Cascades plants with local, regional and international goods transportation and logistics service. Cascades Transport also offers specialized transportation services through its Drummondville division as well as inventory storage and management through Cascades Transit, located in Montréal.

Cascades Transport has 205 employees working in trucking, mechanic maintenance, dispatching and management. Loyal to the values that Cascades is renowned for, the Transport Division is proud to do its part for sustainable development by constantly looking for new solutions to reduce its diesel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Its efforts were also rewarded in 2007 with the Cleanest Truck Float Award given by the Association des mandataires en vérification mécanique du Québec (Québec Association of Mechanical Inspectors). Cascades Transport also received the Energia Award 2008, given by the Association québécoise pour la maîtrise de l'énergie (AQME, Québec Association for Mastering Energy), in the "Technological Innovation" category.
