Specialized in packaging solutions, Norampac is the largest containerboard producer in Canada and the 6th largest in North America. Norampacis also a major Canadian manufacturer of boxboard, corrugated products and foldingcartons in Canada.

Norampac was created in 1998 as ajoint ventureowned equally by Cascades and Domtar. On December 29, 2006, Cascades bought back Domtar's 50% equity interest in Norampac, making Norampac a divisionofCascades.

Today, Norampac owns 37 establishments in Canada and in the United States, and has nearly 5,000 employees. Its operating units are comprised of 6 containerboard mills, 2 boxboard mills, 23 corrugated products plants, 4 folding boxes plants, one Graphic Center and one Packaging and Innovation Center.

Norampac offers a wide variety of corrugated packaging solutions made mostly from recycled fibres, tailor made and destined to all types of usage. Its strategically located plants enable Norampac to serve a wide range of industries, from pharmaceutical to food and beverage and other numerous consumer products industries.
