Marc-André Dépin obtained his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, major in Finance, at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières in 1988. In 1990, he joined the Cascades Group, where he diligently worked his way from Sales Representative to Sales Manager. He has managed and coordinated sales and marketing strategies in the containerboard sector. With his team, he launched several products which provided added value to customers and developed new markets on an international scale.
Marc-André Dépin participated actively in the creation of a new company created by the merge of Domtar and Cascades assets: Norampac. The new board of directors appointed him Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, Corrugated Products, and Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, Containerboard. After contributing to the turnaroud of the new company's financial situation, he as was appointed Executive Vice-President in October 2001 and participated to several strategic acquisitions.
In 2003, he was honoured as a ‘'Nouveau Performant'' (New Performer) in the ‘'Grands Gestionnaires'' (Top manager) category, in Québec, and recognized as one of the “Top 40 under 40 in Canada. This same year, Marc-André Dépin succeeded to Alain Lemaire when he was appointed President and Chief Executive Office.
In May 2005, he was named ‘'Bâtisseur du mois'' at the 52nd edition of the “Gala du Commerce”.
Three years later, Cascades bought back Domtar's 50 % share in Norampac and Marc-André stayed at the command. In 2008, Norampac merged its activities with the ones of Cascades' Boxboard Group. Norampac is now comprised of 45 units and 6,000 employees.
Marc-André Dépin is a member of several business and pulp and paper associations, and sits on the board of some of them, as well as participates to charity fund raising campaigns. |

Charles Malo, Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer Packaging
Charles Malo began his career working as a controller for Etcan. When he joined Norampac in 1997, he worked as Director of Administration for the corrugating sector, until March 2000. Following this period, he was appointed General Manager of several corrugating plants, from March 2000 to October 2001. After that, Charles Malo was appointed Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer and he has occupied that position ever since. |

Containerboard and Boxboard
Maurice Plante began his career at Domtar in 1978, as a process specialist at the Lebel-sur-Quévillon mill. He then took the same job at the Cascades Cabano mill, between 1979 and 1982. Because of his this experience, Maurice Plante was then appointed Assistant General Manager of the same mill, and occupied that position from 1982 to 1984. During this last year, he became General Manager of the Cabano mill and kept this position for more than 15 years, until October 2001. After that, he was appointed General Regional Manager for the Norampac Containerboard mills and occupied that position until January 2007. Maurice Plante has been Vice-President for the Containerboard sector since January 2007 and he is in charge of the Boxboard sector since March 2008.

Marketing and Innovation, Packaging
Jean Parent began his career in 1990 as co-owner of a corrugated company. When he joined Norampac in 1998, he worked as Sales Manager for the Norampac Vaudreuil plant. In 2000, he was promoted to the position of Regional General Manager for Western Canada. He was appointed Vice-President, Sales, Marketing and Innovation, Packaging in November 2007 |

Robert Lanthier, Vice-President, Sales, Marketing and Innovation, Containerboard and Boxboard
Robert Lanthier began his carreer in 1985 as Sales and Marketing Representative for Les Écussons Grand Prix. In 1987, he became Products Manager- Exports, for the Coopérative Fédérée de Québec, Dairy Division. In 1991, he was appointed Export Director for Groupe Lactel Inc., a mixed liability company who specializes in the transformation and marketing of dairy products on local and international markets. Ten years later in 2001, Robert Lanthier was hired by Norampac as General Sales Manager for the containerboard sector, a position he held for more than 10 years. In June 2011, he was promoted Vice-President Sales, Marketing and Innovation for Norampac's containerboard and boxboard sectors.

From 1994 to 2001, Lucie-Claude Lalonde was Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Secretary for the Canam Manac inc. Group, a manufacturer of steel components and semi-trailers. From 2002 to 2003, she worked as Vice-President, Legal Affairs for Groupe Cirque du Soleil inc., an entertainment company. In July 2003, Lucie-Claude Lalonde joined Norampac as Vice-President, Legal Affairs at Norampac.

Patrick Chaperon began his career as an auditor at Raymond, Chabot, Grant, Thornton. In 2003, he joined the Cascades Group as a financial analyst, and was appointed to the position of Director of Financial Accounting in 2005. In 2007, he transferred to the Norampac Group and has been Director, Administration and Finance at Norampac ever since.
Patrick Chaperon concurrently holds the professional titles of Chartered Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.

Caroline Tremblay began her career at Cascades in 1999 and she occupied several functions in Human Resources in a few of the company's plants until 2005. After that, she was appointed Human Resources Regional Manager for Norampac's Eastern Canada region, between 2005 and 2007, after which she was appointed Corporate Director, Human Resources for Norampac.

Martin Constant began his career at Cascades in 1993 as a programmer analyst in the development group. Over the years, he occupied several functions in Information Technology in the Group's various Québec based plants and mills. In 2000, he was promoted as IT Project Manager and then, as IT coordinator for the support and implantation team of Norampac. Martin Constant was appointed IT Director in 2003 for the corrugated products sector of the company and in 2010, he became IT Director for all of Norampac's business sectors. |
