In order to prepare its sustainable development strategy, Cascades has decided to assess its activities in this area. With this in mind, its stakeholders point of view constitutes a key activity to better ascertain their expectations and concerns with respect to Cascades various sectors of activities as well as sustainable development issues.
For its first sustainable development plan, Cascades wished to take the opportunity not only to allow stakeholders to frankly and fully state their opinion, but to ensure transparency, it has also decided to bring in a group of corporate responsibility and sustainable development specialists from a large specialized firm,
Deloitte & Touche. Moreover, to maintain its credibility and increase confidence vis-à-vis its stakeholders, Cascades will have the process and the content of the plan reviewed by an
ENGO1,
Climate for Ideas.
It is with this objective in mind that we are pleased to submit to you a
short questionnaire to gather your views on the sustainable development issues facing Cascades as well as your expectations, comments and suggestions to allow Cascades to continue to be a leader in the field of sustainable development. We would appreciate receiving this questionnaire
before October 232 so that we may consider your answers in preparing our 2009-2010 sustainable development plan.
