Water

Cascades consumes 6,5 times less water per metric tonne of saleable products than the Canadian paper industry average, which consumes 65,4 m3/metric tonne (FPAC, 2017).

Fibre Supply

Cascades is the top recycler of waste paper and cardboard in Canada. Using 3.2 million short tonnes of recycled fibres in 2017 helped save more than 45 million trees.2
